My paint roller left hair particles in my paint job?

i used a brush for the first layer and it left brush strokes so i decided to do the 2nd layer with a roller. the roller was made of material rather then spounge. the damn thing left hair particles all over my paint dresser. they stick up but are stuck into the paint.

The only way to correct this problem is to sand the entire surface and start over. If you don't have an electric sander you can rent one pretty cheap and it won't ake much time.
