Can I reuse a roller paint brush soak in water which was previously used with enamel paint? How?

You should not reuse it, the paint job will not look as good if you use the roller over again.

But like the other guy said, if you need a break, put the roller or brush in a plastic bag and close it tightly(just cover the head of the roller)

Rollers are not that much and a good paint job is easy with a good, new roller or brush.

If the paint was water-based, and it has been thoroughly cleaned and dried, yes, though it won't be as good as a new roller.

If you want to set aside a roller for a while (like if you need to take a break from painting for lunch), put it in a plastic bag and seal it. The paint won't dry out. Can I reuse a roller paint brush soak in water which was previously used with enamel paint? How?
Buy a new roller. You paint job will look lots better.
