Which is the best paint roller to use....?

For matt emulsusion paint. The one I'm using at the moment has a fairly short 'nap' synthetic: After a while it just seems to clog with paint and my arms begin to ache after a couple of strokes. And to clean it takes ages and no matter how well I rinse it there's always some residue left in it. Now I know there are a lot of clever people on Y!A who can help me....lolWhich is the best paint roller to use....?
Use a 3/4 inch napped lambskin roller cover...lambskin hold more paint and drip way far less....They are a little more expensive but saves on labor and messes..they also clean alot easier..Make sure to get 100% lambskin and not a blended lambskin/synthetic roller cover..Which is the best paint roller to use....?
After cleaning let them air dry a couple days before sticking them back in the plastic wrapper. They wont shed or mold this way
