Is it better to use a good roller when you paint?

does it matter if you use a good handle roller when you paint or is it the same as the cheap one that comes in the kit that has the roller and pan in it?Is it better to use a good roller when you paint?
It's not a matter of the handle, but the quality of the nap on the roller AND the quality of the paint. You'll get much better results if you spend a little more instead of buying the el-cheapo. Consider also one of the power rollers. For about $100 you'll paint more quickly and use less paint. Afterwards, clean the unit thoroughly and the next time you'll be all set.Is it better to use a good roller when you paint?
never buy a paint stick...I was given one as a present...dreadful !!... buy a quality roller (sheepskin) ..it makes the job easier..wash it out and it will last forever..same applies for brushes...buy the best, you will never buy again...and lastly stay away from roller kits
LESS PAINT SPILLS -BUY A PAINT STICK-YOU WILL

HAPPIER TO GOOD ADVICE-COST AROUND $26.00

ADDITIONAL ROLLERS AROUND $6.00

NO MORE PAINT PAN,POURING,

ITEM AT HOME DEPOT
All professional painters I know donate those kits to the garbage bin! Shoddy equipment will produce shoddy results.

Rollers can be cleaned and reused as long as you do not allow the paint to dry on them. The key is to rinse-spin-repeat. A spinning tool is sold at most paint supply stores.

A better handle is least likely to break half way through the project.

The nap on the roller comes in different lengths, longer nap for textured walls %26amp; short nap for smooth walls. Makes a big difference with paint coverage. Some of the nap textures determine how well it holds the paint (drip-less).

The same holds true with brushes. Don't you just hate it when the brush hairs get on your finished project? Better quality is least likely to shed. Just to be safe.. comb the hairs! Don't let paint dry on your brush either or its shot.
