What is the best implement to paint artex with,brushes just dont seem to get into the grooves,rollers ,same.?

Try a masonry brush - they have long, soft bristles and you should be able to ';stipple'; the paint on. It's going to take ages though!What is the best implement to paint artex with,brushes just dont seem to get into the grooves,rollers ,same.?
A sprayer? Paint and a compressed air cylinder.
Brushes are best really - but you need to paint it twice - once in one direction, then again at 90 degrees to the first coat. Horrid job and hard work!
