Have black cloth roller shades. The material is nice and backed with white. Can I paint the black side of the roller shade to a different color, and, if so, with what?
We just bought the house and the former owner probably spent a fortune on these roller shades (I have six total in various sizes). I just wasn't sure if I could find a flexible paint that would work? I wish I could dye them!Painting cloth roller window shades?
There's gotta be a way to undo the hardware and get your cloth shades out. Get a screwdriver, some needle nose pliers, and start working on the most inconspicuous one. Then dye them! Life's too short for boring curtains.
